It was found that enchance performing drugs was also used during that time and the drugs probably explains part of, if not the biggest part of, the gains made by the team during that time.

But all will start with communication. Let the team know that their voices & ideas will be heard, and that all will be treated with respect.

I have found that the teams described here are what I picked up as I moved up.

It is just as important as noted, to recognize the strengths of the team and work to improve them, turning them into superpowers, as it is to fix the weaknesses of the team.

The key word here is “team”. When I hear a group is “siloed” that tells me they aren’t working as a team. Leverage those teaming opportunities to help break down those silos. Gently push people to work outside of their comfort zone. Ask people to work on teams they have no experience in. You’ll be amazed at what results. People get to know each other, become comfortable with each other, and are willing to work together better.

It all starts with an opportunity, which is too often mistaken for work, because it is dirty and wears overalls.
