I get tons of email, as I’m sure everyone does, but I make time to read anything from Vital Smarts. Jim Ware

Would it be advisable to take another person with you for this conversation? I am thinking it would be good to have a witness to the conversation in case it blows up. I realize the CEO could see it as being ganged up on and a threat to her safety. The accompanying person would have to be solidly in agreement with motive.

It’s a crazy world. I’d want to have a witness.

Thank you.
