Maybe you could start listening to them and tell your brother about how they are exciting you and send him relevant links? Dave is all about leading well by setting clear goals and keeping the course.
They often offer free webinars as well . If you are sincerely encouraged or learn from this or another podcast, it’s natural to share the info…cushioned with your respect for your brother and his gifts. I think stating your intentions clearly will be important. He probably knows he has weaknesses and is scared about them. If you clearly just want to help him realize the solid company that he dreamed of, then he is more likely to be able to listen.
