Emails should have the reason noted in the Subject line. This gives the recipient an idea of what the email is about and messages should always be concise and succinct. File the less important ones in a pending file or flag them so you can attend to them later and delete the unnecessary ones immediately. That way you keep your inbox clutter-free and you will only have the most important emails to focus on.
