I agree with Clare’s comments about Kerry and the communication skills that the team at Crucial Learning have developed and shared through books, trainings, video clips and more.
A trainer on our HR team brought the first training to our organization at a time when my teenage son and husband were not getting along. The skills I learned helped me rebuild their relationship and helped me overall. I am forever grateful for what I learned and continue to learn. And, yes, I have read all of your books.
