Thanks so much for this skill explained in “You’re not a good enough actor” …..Absolutely true. I also read recently that we should be looking for change by positive encouragement rather than critical attacks. This one was a winner. Sometimes I don’t even know my “tells” they just come out. You should use all of those versions of the same interaction as part of your training videos. How the same “words” can be used in different ways. I’m sure you’ve gotten people who have written to you saying, “I did everything like you said to in the book, made it safe, but I can’t get this to work.”
