I have been slipping on my exercise program due to work travel. I know I need to schedule my workouts to be successful. My eating plan is so-so. I am losing weight but at a much slower rate. I am starting to feel discouraged. I talked to my dietician last night and we came up with a plan to start recording my food (something I hate to do). I will do it just to ensure that I am compliant with my eating plan. The weight came off so easily at first. Now for the hard work. Thanks for the encouragement.
