Sometimes our personalities are our own worst enemies. The ability to change is with mentoring, guidance, and practise and the interest in changing. I communicate with direct honesty – because lying is worse… but the ability to filter is a skill I really am trying to develop. I only have ten more working years – hope to achieve before then.

Thank you so much for this straightforward – “simply smarter” way to work through a conflict– “be prepared” is more than a motto here– Even with such a short blog- not only do I feel better equipped to handle a conflict I also have ideas to help me manage a situation before a conflict arises.
