I love Kerry Patterson’s writings and only wish he would publish a book. He is a gifted writer that describes things in just the right amount of detail so that you get the picture and get the feel of the moment.

What a terrific story! I felt like I was sitting on the back of the wagon with you, enjoying the scene as it unfolded. You should really compile these wonderful stories and publish them as a book (I know they’re ‘published’ electronically, but I’m a still a paper gal). I’ve read many small town stories during my life, but I must admit I never realized how diverse the townsfolk were in my small town until I read Kerry Patterson’s story so aptly titled “A Wonderful Thing.” I can truly relate to the both the story and point he makes. I sent this to many of my coworkers, friends, and family. A wonderful piece!
