So I set a timer for fewer and fewer minutes when I pick up my phone. I’m down to 25 minutes to check all the things I’m starting to find unnecessary anyway, and the others that are relevant to my day before sipping at the whirlpool of instagram etc. When the timer goes off I get out of bed and thank myself with more time to stretch etc.

I LOVE twitter but you can down a rabbit hole quickly. My replacement habit now is to get up, put my legs up against the wall (stretch) and lift small weights. It takes less time than what I was spending on twitter and i FEEL better about it. Thank you as GTD is always helping me both at work and at home.
