I have worked with a handful of people who are convinced their way is the only way, and believe to change one’s mind is a to show weakness. I learned to avoid them as well, as their mindset of superiority (and of others’ inferiority) is counter-productive to team work…and gives everyone a headache.

Harnessing those strong traits and channeling them into harmony within the workplace can bring amazing results.
